This rebuild includes:
- Ring and pinion gear-set
- Resetting bearing preloads and gear contact to prevent gear breakage and wear
- New seals & o-rings (excludes ACD piston seals)
- Complete tear down and cleaning using our state of the art equipment found HERE
- ACD unit tested under pressure to assure no leaks or fluid mixing
- New ACD piston seals are available, if needed. (additional charge)
This is the most economical upgrade we offer for the EVO X T-Case.
Please note that if your T-Case is making whining noises, then the ring and pinion gears are wiped out! THIS REBUILD WILL CURE THAT PROBLEM!
This is an OEM type of rebuild. While it has been proven reliable for higher hp applications, we recommend an OEM type of build for OEM type of power levels.
We do have the ability to repair any problem with your EVO X Transfer Case. If your unit has a bad bearing, case, ACD clutch pack, ring and pinion, etc, please email us
We can also REM ISF Micropolish the ring / pinion gears, if interested, for an additional $200.Email us with any questions!
With the best cleaning equipment, we also have a very clean facility. All units are built in a spotless environment and using tools, and benches, which are clean and only used for assembly purposes. In other words, the same tools used to pull your dirty old t-case out of your car are NOT the same tools used to rebuild your pristine unit afterward. Take a look at the typical shop and check their tools. It is shocking how dirty things are in most shops and that dirt will end up in your unit. That doesn't happen here.
Your unit is also shipped in a double walled custom made box for Jacks Transmissions. Your unit will be sitting snugly, and safely, in preformed foam pads to assure a trouble free delivery.
