Q) I have questions! How can I get in contact with you?

A) If possible PLEASE Email if you can at Email has a number of advantages over the phone.

  1. When you get a response via Email we now have a record. This is a good thing because when I return phone calls I can’t remember what we talked about 5 minutes after the phone conversation is over. We get a huge volume of calls and Emails every day here at Jacks Transmissions, so it’s difficult to remember what is going on without a record. Email leaves us with a record to fall back on.
  2. With Email things can be listed easily where I can respond to it individually with price, availability, etc and this way things can easily be added up or reviewed to fit your needs.
  3. We are able to respond to emails faster as phone calls are time consuming and difficult to keep up with.

Q) What is the shop phone number?

A) Our shop number is 719-268-6011. Our business hours are Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 6pm MDT.  If you do decide to call us instead of using Email, we WILL return your call within 24 BUSINESS hours if you leave us a message. Please note that you have to leave us a message in order for us to be able to return your call!

Q) I don’t know much about what I am doing, can I email with a bunch of questions?

A) YES! Please do! We would be more than happy to help you with any issues you are having, so please feel free to email us with any questions you may have. We are here to help you!

Q) What are your business hours?

A) We are open Tuesday-Friday from 9AM-7P.  Please note that if you leave us a message, we will be unable to return that message until we are back.  So if you leave us a message on Sunday, you will not get a response until Tuesday when we are back in the office.
