This is the most economical rebuild we offer for a 2.0L forged engine. We need your rebuildable core for this build which would be the block, crank, oil pan, valve cover, cylinder head, and drivers side mount (the part that bolts to the block). We will also need the cam, crank, and oil pump sprockets.
We take care of everything. You drop it off (any turbo DSM engine) and you get it back primed and ready to be installed and driven! All parts are cleaned and machined. Block is painted and clear coated.
This build can easily handle up to 650whp reliably.

New Kevlar timing belt, new timing belt tensioner, pulleys, front engine seals, and water pump.
New MLS (Multi-layer Steel) head gasket with ARP head studs.
New Wiseco forged pistons and Eagle forged rods with ARP rod cap bolts.
Included are 3/8" hoses, valve cover gasket set, intake manifold gasket, 4-layer exhaust manifold gasket, and new exhaust studs with washers and locking nuts.
New oil pump with seals and gaskets.
Balance shaft removal.
Main and rod bearings.
Forward facing oil filter housing.
Rear crank seal.
Main and rod bearings.
Your oil pan will be cleaned, painted and clear coated.
